Access / Transportation

The main entrance of Debrecen Drive can be accessed from the intersection of Nagyerdei Boulevard and Pallagi Road. Parking spaces are limited in the immediate vicinity of the event. We encourage everyone to use public transportation. Traffic safety rules must be strictly observed! It is strictly forbidden to drive a car, bicycle, motorcycle, or any other vehicle even under minimal alcohol influence.

Tickets

Entry is free for children under the age of 3. Between the ages of 3 and 14, a children's ticket must be purchased for 2900 HUF, and above the age of 14 the adult ticket costs 4200 HUF. The family ticket costs 12,000 HUF, which allows entry for 2 adults and up to 3 children under the age of 14. All games are included in the ticket price.

The giant Crazy 5k Sprint obstacle course can only be used once with a children's day ticket, and the usage is non-transferable.

Documents suitable for proving age include: TAJ card (social security card), passport, student ID, ID card, birth certificate, or a copy of it. If the age of 3 cannot be verified by any document, the organizers will apply a height restriction.

Persons with disabilities may attend the event free of charge upon presentation of an official certificate issued by the Hungarian State Treasury. Their accompanying person must purchase a ticket. For the Metal-Sheet Night Drive, persons with disabilities can watch the event free of charge in the standing sector. We are unable to provide free entry for accompanying persons.

Opening and Closing

The first program of Debrecen Drive is the Metal-Sheet Night Drive on May 23, 2025. The Metal-Sheet Night Drive can be attended with a separate ticket. Gates open on the 23rd at 19:00. Seats must be occupied by 20:00. The Metal-Sheet Night Drive starts at 20:15. Rain date: 24.05.2025.

On May 24, 2025, the event opens at 09:00 and remains open until 19:00. On the second day, May 25, the event also opens at 09:00 and remains open until 18:00.

Ticket Validity

Purchased tickets are valid for the specific day indicated! By purchasing a ticket and wearing the wristband, event guests automatically accept the event’s house rules.

Wristbands

Everyone entering the event area must wear a wristband. Tickets purchased in advance must be exchanged for wristbands at the venue, and they are non-transferable. Damaged or lost wristbands cannot be replaced or reissued. Wristbands contain UV ink. Any smearing of the UV ink is also considered a damaged wristband.

Cashless Event

All hospitality services at Debrecen Drive operate exclusively with cashless payment methods. Payments can be made using paypass bank cards or UniPass cards. On the evening of the Metal-Sheet Night Drive, cash payment will also be accepted.

At the top-up points (designated card top-up points, Nagyerdei Water Tower, Red & White), you can load any amount onto and obtain your UniPass card. Unused balance can be refunded at the designated top-up points during Debrecen Drive opening hours. Later refunds are possible within 90 days from card activation or the last top-up. Reusable Cups

The RePohár reusable cup system operates at the catering units within the Debrecen Drive area. The price of a RePohár is 500 HUF. The RePohár is non-refundable, but when purchasing drinks it can be exchanged for a new cup or a token. The token can later be used at any hospitality venue or event where the RevoCup system is also in operation.

Capacity

The capacity of event locations is limited. In accordance with safety regulations, once the maximum capacity of a location is reached, the organizers – coordinated with the security service – may restrict access to the event area.

What is prohibited at Debrecen Drive?

Items that endanger the physical safety of others are strictly prohibited at Debrecen Drive. According to applicable laws, guests may not carry items particularly dangerous to public safety (e.g. knives with cutting edges longer than 8 cm, switchblades, gas sprays, etc.), which constitutes an offense.

In Hungary, both the use and possession of soft and hard drugs are punishable offenses, therefore bringing them to Debrecen Drive is strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to bring firecrackers, rockets, any type of pyrotechnic device, striking or cutting tools, weapons, glass objects, alcoholic beverages, or commercial quantities of food into the event.

Guests may bring a maximum of 1.5 liters of unopened water and an empty personal bottle into the event.

Small pets that are calm and can be kept on a leash are allowed at the event. The organizer reserves the right to require the owner and the animal to leave the area if the animal behaves inappropriately. Leashes are mandatory throughout the entire area.

Medical Service

Continuous emergency medical service will be available at the event.

Other Important Information

Audio and video recordings will be made during the event. Any participant appearing in the recordings may only be identified by name with their consent; however, they may not make any claims against the organizers, the creators of the recordings, or their authorized users.

Professional photo and audio recordings as well as drone recordings may only be made with the prior written consent of the organizers. For further requests or questions, information can be requested at kapcsolat@debrecendrive.hu.

Any commercial or advertising activity is prohibited within the event area without written permission from the organizers.

The organizers assume no responsibility for accidents occurring outside the event area. Minors and intoxicated persons will not be served alcoholic beverages.

Please take special care of natural values and do not litter!

Anyone causing damage to vehicles or objects exhibited at the event will be held responsible and must pay compensation for the damage.

The event organizer is not responsible for possible natural damages to vehicles or objects exhibited by exhibitors. The organizers cannot accept responsibility for natural disasters classified as force majeure or any personal injuries resulting from them.

The organizers note that all safety measures are taken during the shows to prevent accidents; however, visitors attend the Metal-Sheet Night Drive and the Metal-Sheet Drive Shows at their own risk.

The drift taxi can be used by persons aged 16 or older with a pre-purchased ticket. Passengers may only enter the cars wearing closed shoes and appropriate clothing. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts our liability waiver.

The static display of the service helicopter of the Rapid Response Police will take place on Sunday at 13:30 on the grass field of Nagyerdei Stadium. The take-off can only be viewed from the stands at your own risk.

The event will be held even in bad weather. Please take care of yourselves and each other!

The ticket includes access to the exhibition offerings, viewing the Metal-Sheet Drive Shows, and participation in the programs depending on capacity.

The number of standing and seated places in the Metal-Sheet Drive Katlan is limited!

We reserve the right to change the program and modify the exhibition offerings.

The Saturday slalom competition and the Sunday BMW meeting are separate events organized by Cívis Motorsport with their own regulations; Cívis Motorsport is responsible for safety conditions. These events can be visited free of charge with a Debrecen Drive ticket.
