Approach / Transportation
The main entrance of Debrecen Drive can be accessed from the intersection of Nagyerdei Boulevard and Pallagi Road. Parking spaces are limited in the immediate vicinity of the event, therefore we encourage everyone to use public transportation. Traffic safety regulations must be observed at all times! It is strictly forbidden to drive a car, ride a bicycle, motorcycle, or any other vehicle even under minimal alcohol influence.
Admission Tickets
Entry is free for children under 3 years of age. For children aged 3–14, a child ticket costs 2990 HUF, while visitors over 14 years old must purchase an adult ticket for 4390 HUF. The family ticket costs 12,590 HUF and grants entry for 2 adults and up to 3 children under the age of 14. The use of all games and attractions is included in the ticket price.
The Crazy 5K Sprint giant obstacle course and the Dodgem can only be used once per child day ticket, and usage is non-transferable.
Accepted documents for age verification: social security card, passport, student ID, ID card, birth certificate, or a copy of it. If the child’s age under 3 cannot be verified, the organizers will apply a height restriction.
Upon presentation of an official disability certificate issued by the Hungarian State Treasury, persons with disabilities may attend the event free of charge; however, accompanying persons must purchase a ticket. For the Metal-Sheet Night Drive, visitors with disabilities may attend free of charge in the standing sector only. Unfortunately, free tickets for accompanying persons cannot be provided.
Opening / Closing
The first program element of Debrecen Drive is the Metal-Sheet Night Drive on May 29, 2026. The Metal-Sheet Night Drive requires a separate ticket. Gates open on May 29 at 7:00 PM. Seated guests must occupy their seats by 8:00 PM. The Metal-Sheet Night Drive starts at 8:15 PM. Rain date: May 30, 2025.
On May 30, 2026, the event opens at 9:00 AM and remains open until 7:00 PM. On the second day, May 31, the event also opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 6:00 PM.
Ticket Validity
Purchased tickets are valid for the selected day only.
By purchasing a ticket and wearing the wristband, guests automatically accept the event’s house rules.
Wristband
Everyone entering the event area must wear a wristband. Pre-purchased tickets must be exchanged for wristbands on-site and are non-transferable. Damaged or lost wristbands cannot be replaced or reissued. Wristbands are marked with UV ink. Smudging or leakage of the UV ink is also considered damage.
Cashless Event
All hospitality services at Debrecen Drive operate exclusively with cashless payment methods. Payments can be made using contactless bank cards or UniPass cards.
Cash payments are accepted during the evening of the Metal-Sheet Night Drive.
At the designated top-up points (card top-up point, Nagyerdei Víztorony, Red&White), visitors can top up and obtain their UniPass cards with any desired amount. Unused balance can be refunded at designated top-up points during the opening hours of Debrecen Drive. Later refunds are possible within 90 days from card issuance or last top-up. Reusable Cup
A reusable cup system operates at all catering units within the Debrecen Drive area.
The price of a reusable cup is 500 HUF. The reusable cup is non-refundable, but it can be exchanged for a new cup or a token when purchasing drinks. The token can later be used at any catering venue or event operating the RevoCup system.
Capacity
Event venues have limited capacity. In accordance with safety regulations, once the maximum capacity of a given location has been reached, organizers — coordinated by the security service — may restrict access to the area.
What Cannot Be Brought into Debrecen Drive?
Objects that may endanger the physical safety of others are strictly prohibited at Debrecen Drive. According to Hungarian law, visitors may not possess items particularly dangerous to public safety (e.g. knives with blades longer than 8 cm, switchblades, gas spray, etc.), as this constitutes an offense. The possession and use of both soft and hard drugs are criminal offenses in Hungary; therefore, bringing them into the event is strictly prohibited. Firecrackers, rockets, any pyrotechnic devices, striking or cutting tools, weapons, glass objects, alcoholic beverages, and commercial quantities of food are strictly forbidden. Each guest may bring a maximum of 1.5 liters of unopened water and an empty personal bottle.
Well-behaved pets on a leash are allowed at the event. Organizers reserve the right to require the owner and pet to leave the area if the animal behaves inappropriately. Leash use is mandatory throughout the venue.
Medical Service
Continuous emergency medical service is available throughout the event.
Other Important Information
Audio and video recordings will be made during the event. Any participant appearing in these recordings may only be identified by name with their consent; however, no claims may be made against the organizers, creators, or lawful users of the recordings. Professional photo, audio, and drone recordings may only be made with prior written permission from the organizers. For further information or inquiries, please contact: kapcsolat@debrecendrive.hu. Commercial or advertising activities are prohibited on the event grounds without written permission from the organizers.
The organizers accept no responsibility for accidents occurring outside the event area. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors or intoxicated persons.
Please help protect the natural environment and avoid littering!
Anyone causing damage to vehicles or objects displayed at the event may be held liable and required to compensate for the damage caused.
The organizers are not responsible for natural damage caused to vehicles or objects displayed by exhibitors. The organizers cannot accept responsibility for force majeure events or any resulting personal injuries.
The organizers emphasize that every safety precaution is taken during the shows to avoid accidents; however, visitors attend the Metal-Sheet Night Drive and Metal-Sheet Drive Shows at their own risk.
Drift taxi rides are available only with a separately purchased ticket and for persons aged 16 or older. Closed shoes and appropriate clothing are mandatory for participation.
By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts our liability waiver declaration.
The static display of the service helicopter of the Készenléti Rendőrség will take place on Saturday at 12:30 PM on the grass field of the Nagyerdei Stadion. The takeoff may only be viewed from the grandstands at the visitor’s own risk.
The event will be held even in bad weather conditions. Please take care of yourselves and each other!
Admission tickets include access to the exhibition area, the Metal-Sheet Drive Shows, and participation in programs depending on capacity.
Standing and seated capacity is limited in the Metal-Sheet Drive Katlan.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the program and exhibition offerings.
The Saturday slalom competition and Sunday karting are separate events organized by Cívis Motorsport under their own regulations, and Cívis Motorsport is responsible for the related safety conditions. These programs can be visited free of charge with a Debrecen Drive ticket.
